- The Client is obliged to use the apartment in accordance with its intended purpose and to maintain and return it in the same condition as at the time of check-in.
- The number of persons staying in the apartment may not exceed the number specified in the reservation. Violation of this rule will result in an additional charge of 500 PLN per person per night.
- The Client may not transfer the apartment to other persons, even if the paid rental period has not expired. Any change of the reservation name or the person staying in the apartment must be agreed with the property staff.
- For short-term stays of up to 30 days, cleaning of the apartment as well as towel and bed linen replacement may be carried out every 7 days. The cost of additional cleaning and linen replacement is 250 PLN per service and must be arranged and paid directly with the property staff.
- Smoking tobacco, cigarettes and e-cigarettes is strictly prohibited in the apartment. Violation of this rule will result in a financial penalty of 1000 PLN.
- Organizing parties or social events in the apartment is strictly prohibited.
- The behavior of Guests and persons using the property services must not disturb the stay of other Guests or residents of the building.
- Unregistered persons may stay in the apartment between 07:00 and 22:00. The presence of an unregistered person in the apartment after 22:00 shall be considered as consent by the tenant to paid additional accommodation, charged according to the full rates applicable on the day of check-in.
- Quiet hours apply from 22:00 to 07:00. Disturbing the night silence may result in immediate check-out without any refund of the stay costs.
- For fire safety reasons, the use of heaters, irons and other electrical devices not included in the apartment equipment is prohibited. This does not apply to chargers and power supplies for RTV equipment and computer power adapters.
- In the event of any irregularities in the apartment, Clients are requested to report them as soon as possible by phone at +48 505 821 339, which will allow the staff to respond and improve the service standard.
- Defects reported on working days will be repaired without undue delay, unless the nature of the defect requires a longer repair time. Defects reported on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays will be repaired on the first working day after the holiday period or at the nearest available date. Defects caused by the Client will result in an appropriate financial charge.
- Failures resulting from reasons beyond the control of JW.PM, including utility supply interruptions (such as Internet) or equipment failures in the apartment, do not constitute grounds for cancellation of the reservation or a price change. The Client is obliged to pay for the entire reservation.
- JW.PM reserves the right to change the reserved apartment in the event of a failure, defect or inability to assign the selected apartment for reasons beyond its control.
- JW.PM may terminate the Clients’ stay without refund of the reservation fee and charge the registered Guest an appropriate penalty in the event of non-compliance with the Regulations. In such a case, the fee paid for the stay is non-refundable.
- SECURITY DEPOSIT: a security deposit may be required in selected properties. Information about the deposit amount is always included in the offer of a given property. The deposit is collected before arrival via bank transfer. The deposit will be refunded promptly after inspection of the apartment, no later than within 7 days after check-out, provided no damage is found and the property rules have been complied with.
- STAY WITH PETS: pets are allowed in the apartment only after prior arrangement and obtaining the property’s consent. The fee for a pet stay is 50 PLN per pet per night. Maximum number of pets allowed: 2. In the case of staying with two or more pets, prior inquiry and property approval are required, as well as an additional refundable deposit of 500 PLN. This deposit is an additional fee, independent of the standard apartment security deposit. The deposit will be refunded promptly after inspection of the apartment, no later than within 7 days after check-out, provided no damage is found and the property rules have been complied with.
- ADDITIONAL PAID EXTRAS: additional amenities available at the property require prior reservation and confirmation of availability by the property. In the case of paid extras, full payment is required before check-in. Use of the amenities is subject to prior familiarization with the operating instructions, available at the property and sent to the Guest after purchasing the extra together with the check-in instructions. The instructions are intended to ensure safe use, and failure to comply may result in financial liability. By accepting the regulations, the Guest confirms that they have read the instructions and agree to comply with them.
