Joint controllers - entities indicated in Part II, paragraph 1 of this Privacy Policy, who jointly determine the purposes and means of processing personal data, hereinafter also as: Joanna Wistuba Property Management or JW.PM client - an entity whose personal data is processed on any of the grounds specified in Article 6 of the RODO

II. General provisions
1. The following entities are joint controllers of personal data: Joanna Wistuba Property Management, ul. Małopolska 7/16 81-813 Sopot; NIP: 1132688784.
2. As part of the co-management agreement, the Joint Administrators have agreed on the scopes of their responsibilities regarding the fulfillment of their obligations under the RODO. In particular, they agreed as follows:
1. Joint Administrators are jointly responsible for fulfilling the information obligation to Customers;
2. Joint Administrators are jointly responsible for enabling Customers to exercise their rights under the RODO.
3. in view of the above, you can exercise your rights against each of the Joint Administrators.
4. JW.PM respects the right to privacy and cares about data security. To this end, it provides a degree of security corresponding to the risk of violation of the rights and freedoms of individuals as a result of personal data processing

1. Personal data will be processed for 30 days in order to:
1. to take action before entering into a contract, at the request of the data subject, or to perform a contract for the provision of accommodation services to which the data subject is a party (the data necessary to enter into a contract are indicated in the form for reservation and sale of accommodation services) - on the basis of Article 6(1)(b) of the DPA;
2. fulfillment of a legal obligation incumbent on the Joint Administrators (including tax obligations) - on the basis of Article 6(1)(c) RODO;
3. fulfillment of the Co-Administrators' legitimate interests (including, but not limited to, asserting or securing claims, ensuring the safety and security of persons and property, performing a contract concluded with a third party on behalf of the Client) - on the basis of Article 6(1)(f) RODO.
4. Provision of personal data is voluntary, but in the case of data necessary for the implementation of overnight services, it is necessary for the conclusion and performance of the contract.
5. Video surveillance in public areas of the facilities is installed to ensure the safety of Customers and the protection of property.
V. Categories of data processing
We process the following categories of Customers' personal data:
1. first and last name;
2. residential address;
3. e-mail address;
4. telephone number;
5. payment card information (in case of card payments);
6. information about the date of stay;
7. Information about your stay preferences;
8. Number of adults included in the order;
9. Number and age of children included in the order;
10. Data necessary for issuing a VAT invoice;
11. language for contact;
12. identity document numer
VI. Recipients of data
We may share personal data with the following recipients: HOTRES Sp. z o.o. ul. Osiedle Robotnicze 10 58-500 Jelenia Góra KRS : 0000947675 NIP : 6112816201, represented by: Roman Korczynski, which operates the booking module launched
on our web portal; Other companies ( including IT companies) with which we cooperate in the management of the services provided.
VII. Transfer of data to third countries or international organizations
Please be advised that we do not transfer personal data outside of the European Economic Area except when expressly requested by the Customer.
VIII. Period of storage of customer data
1. personal data processed for the purpose of concluding and performing the contract, as well as fulfilling a legal obligation and realizing the legitimate purposes of any of the Joint Administrators will be stored for the duration of the contract, and after its expiration for the period necessary to:
2. secure or assert any potential claims;
3. fulfilling the legal obligation of any of the Joint Administrators (e.g. arising from tax regulations).
4. Personal data processed on the basis of a separate, voluntary consent will be kept until the granted consent is withdrawn, objection to its processing is raised, or until it is no longer necessary for the aforementioned purpose. However, after this period, until the expiration of the statute of limitations for possible claims.
5. Personal data in the form of images in surveillance recordings are stored for up to 30 days, after which they are permanently deleted by overwriting.

- withdraw consent to the processing of your personal data at any time in the case of processing of your data on the basis of your consent - withdrawal of consent will not affect the legality of the processing carried out on the basis of your consent before its withdrawal.

X. Information on the requirement/voluntariness of providing data
Provision of data is a condition for entering into a contract and/or providing a service. If they are not provided, we may refuse to enter into a contract and/or provide a service.
XI. Information about the source of the data
If you have not provided your personal data personally, we have obtained the data from the entity that has entered into a contract with any of the Joint Administrators for the provision ofhotel services to you or from the entity with which you have entered into a contract for the reservation of services provided by the Joint Administrators.
XII. Copyright
1. All content and information contained on our website are the property of JW.PM and are subject to protection in accordance with the Act of February 4, 1994 on Copyright and Related Rights (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2017, item 880, as amended), in particular with respect to the use, display, copying, transmission, distribution, modification or deletion.
2. Any activities within the scope specified in item. 1 above, require the written consent of Space Apart sp. z o.o.. Otherwise, they will be considered unlawful and will constitute an infringement of the company's intellectual property.

1. The web portal uses cookies for statistical purposes and for personalization of service settings.
2. The customer may manage cookies within the framework of the Internet browser.

XIV. Final provisions
1. The Joint Administrators reserve the right to change the Privacy Policy.
2. The Customer shall be bound by the current Privacy Policy posted on the website www.jwpm.pl at the time of conclusion of the contract for services.
INFORMATION FOR BOOKERS
A hotel day starts from 15:00 and lasts until 11:00. The price per night stated in the booking confirmation is the cost of renting the apartment for one night. Possible forms of payment for reservations, depending on the type of selected offer are: cash, traditional transfer, Internet transfer. It is possible to make a guaranteed reservation. In order to guarantee your stay, you must pay the fee immediately after booking by available payment methods. The amount of payment is 100%. In case of cancellation of the reservation or shortening the stay without observing the deadlines specified above, as well as in case of non-arrival, the facility reserves the right to charge you for the cost of the reservation. The basis for calculating the zloty equivalent for reservations having rates in EURO is the established foreign exchange price multiplied by the average EURO exchange rate according to the valid NBP exchange rate table from the day preceding the day of arrival. In accordance with Article 38(12) of the Law of May 30, 2014. (Journal of Laws 2014, item 827), the Client is not entitled to withdraw from the contract.The procedure for filing and processing complaints addressed to JW.PM. by individual customers (consumers) can be found below this booking confirmation.
PROCEDURE FOR HANDLING COMPLAINTS BY INDIVIDUAL CLIENTS (CONSUMERS)
1. Joanna Wistuba Property Management, ul. Małopolska 7/16 81-813 Sopot (hereinafter referred to as “JW.PM”) shall consider complaints submitted by Customers in the manner and within the time limits specified in this Procedure, unless the legal relationship (e.g. contract) linking the Customer with JW.PM provides otherwise.
2. For the purposes of this Procedure, a “Client” shall be deemed to be a consumer within the meaning of the Civil Code Act of April 23, 1964 (Journal of Laws of 2014, item 121) using the services provided by JW.PM, filing a Complaint.
3. For the purposes of this procedure, a “Complaint” shall be deemed to be a statement of the Customer made in writing or sent by e-mail (regardless of the name / title of the letter) addressed to JW.PM ul. Małopolska 7/16 81-813 Sopot, which concerns a violation of the Customer's rights arising in connection with the use of services offered by JW.PM. The Complaint should contain data allowing for unambiguous identification of the Client, as well as data enabling contact with the Client and the subject of the Complaint (precise description of the Client's objections).
4. Complaints in writing should be sent to the address: JW.PM; ul. Małopolska 7/16 81-813 Sopot; NIP:1132688784.
5. Complaints in electronic form should be sent to the e-mail address: hello@jwpm.pl.
6. the Customer should report the Complaint as soon as possible after obtaining information about the occurrence of the objectionable circumstances, in order to fairly and effectively consider the Complaint.
7. JW.PM; ul. Małopolska 7/16 81-813 Sopot; NIP:1132688784, upon receipt of the Complaint will take action to investigate the Complaint. An authorized employee shall have the right to contact the Customer in cases requiring the establishment of facts with the participation of the Customer or obtaining additional information necessary for proper consideration of the Complaint.
8. Complaints are dealt with in writing (or in the form of an e-mail in response to a Complaint sosent).
9. Response to the Complaint shall include:
a) factual and legal substantiation, unless not required by the nature of the allegations raised,
b) information on the reported problem with an indication of the relevant sections of the agreement or regulations in force at the facility, unless not required by the nature of the allegations raised,
c) indication of the person responding.
10. The response to the Complaint reported by the Client should be provided as soon as possible, but no longer than 14 days from the receipt of the Complaint.
11. The decision to compensate the Client or make a refund must always be approved by the Board of Directors
